If you have any questions about delivery, write to the warehouse email or contact your mentor. If your order was not sent on the same day, this is NORMAL (!!!). Sending an order may take up to 5 working days inclusive. Please note that 5 working days are given for sending and plus the delivery itself, which may also take more than one day.
Pick-up from Veriteit Cosmetics warehouses is POSSIBLE, but only for registered partners.
